As a real estate broker, we are able to give you an opinion of value based upon recent sales data and current market information. Although there are times when you need an appraisal issued by a certified appraisal, there may be occasions that you need to pinpoint value for the internal uses of the estate. The benefit of using ScottWay Capital for a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is that you get a sense of value through the perspective of a working real estate professional who deals frequently with a variety of buyer and sellers for a well based perspective on value. For your BPO, we issue you a report summarizing the market, pictures of the property and a grid showing sales comparison analysis in determining an opinion of final value.

Acquisition/Disposition

When handling the details of your client’s estate, you may also have the need to dispose of a piece of real estate in order to satisfy judgments, pay off creditors or fulfill the commitment of a living will and testament.
